If you were previously unaware, I’m not only Born and Raised in the L.D.N. (London baby) I am also of Jamaican hertitage, which I am extremely proud of and embrace fully….. Thus I’m into my reggae, bashmment and soca big time….

It isn’t as big in the mainstream clubs in New York City, you have to go to Brooklyn or a select few places in Manhattan/ Queens to really hear some good choons BUT THIS YA CHOON….. mi wan si in a every lass club bwoi! (U.S. translation = They need to start playin this one EVERYWHERE…Please and Thank you! )

Honestly I freakin LOVE DMX man….. he barked and Squeaked “I like this hook, I like this beat, this the type a shit that let me talk to the streets” ….. I’m sorry but the way he drops that line is  #HARDBODY fam!! ….Jeeeeez! *Jadakiss laugh*   .

I haven’t listened to…… nor put some GOOD OLE Hip Hop on the site for a minute so I though I would share French Montana’s **New Video** for his Track ”Bad Habits” with Mi Amours…. (Nothing like Hip Hop in the morning to wake yaw ass up!  )

Personally I liked it as soon as I heard the track….. But what can I say ….me ex turned me on to Montana a few years back and his sound grew on me…..

You absolutely HAVE to listen to this Omarion track “Speedin”….. This song actually gives me goosebumps….I LOVE it! You can get his New Album “Ollusion” NOW….. it hit the shelves on Jan 12th 2010!

Beautiful! …. Damn I kinda missed him…. The fact that my ex sent me this song yesterday is kinda strange and confusing… but thats another topic….. I remember when his first album came out and I listened to “Touch” over and over on vacation in Greece with my girlfriends…. Good Times!

OK so I’ve been hearing about Melanie Fiona for a while now and I decided to investigate into her background a little more, seen as she has now been nominated for a 2010 Grammy Award. Melaine Fiona may get herself a Grammy in a few weeks time for Best Female RnB Vocal Performance for her single “It Kills Me” and in light of her success this year I’m going to say she will be THE NEXT BIGGEST female RnB Singer for 2010!

Now I think her vocal range is fantastic and she has a earthy strong voice but for some reason I’m not 100% digging the song…. I think you have to be in the right mood for it….. But anyhu I still LOVE her….mainly becuase I had the pleasure of meeting her at some events last year and shes just a really sweet girl…..

Ok people it’s a new year and I am definately ON it like SONIC in #2010! So I just came back from my vacation in London and so I’m back into my London TV programmes…… anyhu I’m not sure if they have it in the US but over there we have a show callled Celebrity Big Brother….. basically where old faded out celebs go to try and re-build some fame….. and guess whos on this year….

Yes, mi amours….NONE OTHER than SISQO…… now I’m not sure where the hell he’s been for the last few years but he’s finally re-surfaced… to do (pause) Big Brother….? (Raises eyebrows) I suppose the recession really has affected all of us….. Anyhu I have to admit I’m a tad (little) confused as to why Sisqo would do UK Big Brother but I’m it will all become clear sooner or later…. when his new album drops or such like….

When asked for words of wisdom Sisqo said ”Artists are afraid to say who their influences are because they fear they’ll be put in the shadow of that artist. Not me. When I get an idea from somebody, I straightaway say, ‘I took it from them’.” …. Not sure how that quite amounts to wisdom as opposed to just being an unoriginal TEEF …but I’ma allow Sisqo (let this one slide)  just because back in the day, when he was in Dru Hill, I did used to love that lil man!

Anyhu I will keep you updated on any drama in the Big Brother House and in case your a bit of a Big Bro fan Sisqo’s HOUSEMATES include Vinne Jones, Dane Bowers, Lady Sovereign, Katia Ivanova (some random chick that went out with Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood….where do they find these people!) …..anyhu for the whole list of nobodys you can click here.

Like it alot unfortuantely I feel like I heard it before….you know he has a unique sound but needs to try and vary something so its sounds FRESH out the Box …ya digg?!
