Mr. Brezzy will be attending court on Monday to face the charges against him, in relation to assaulting Rihanna.

Brown has made several attempts to DELAY court proceedings, including making an APPEAL to the Los Angeles Supreme Court. Unfortunately for him his appeal was DENIED YESTERDAY!

The preliminary hearing against Brown is scheduled for Monday 22nd June and will decide whether THERE IS ENOUGH EVIDENCE AGAINST BROWN for the case to be taken to trial. Stay tuned mi amours…….we are about to find out if Rihanna will have to TAKE THE STAND and testify against him.

Since the incident occurred, Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, has been trying to find out who leaked the photo of Rihanna beaten and bruised, that made its way around the internet at the SPEED OF LIGHT, back in February. However, it appears that the party responsible has managed to evade authorities. (It was sooo an insider….that they will probably NEVER findout about….but we’ll see if they manage to find a scapegoat to take the wrap!)

Radaronline.com reported that:

“Geragos (Brown’s attorney) appealed to California’s highest court after a lower court judge, Judge Patricia Schnegg, denied his motion to access the confidential personnel records of 25 Los Angeles Police Department employees.Gergaoswas seeking the records prior to the preliminary hearing, hoping to find out who leaked a shocking photo of a badly-bruised Rihanna taken after she was assaulted, allegedly by Brown.”

Personally, I’m disgusted that Brown is trying to worm his way out of taking responsibility for his actions! I think he’s a talented artist and I don’t want to see him ruined, but at the same time……..it sends out the wrong message for these celebrities to CONSTANTLY GET AWAY with ish.

On top of that if he ends up suffering no consequences, doesn’t this influence all those young black men out there, who look up to him? Doesn’t it tell guys that it’s OK to slap your girlfriend up if she gets a bit too mouthy? I don’t know about you but as a young BLACK WOMAN (who sometimes runs her mouth) I don’t want this message being sent out! Seriously though….the last thing we need is any more guys walking around with NO RESPECT for their women!

At the end of the day this case is about DOMESTIC VIOLENCE and I feel like Chris and RIHANNA have to suffer some consequences……..Actually I’m pretty annoyed at Rihanna for FAILING TO TAKE ANY STEPS TO EVEN ADDRESS THE INCIDENT!

She basically just went away to recover then came back like nothing ever happened. I know she wants to put it behind her, BUT YOU ARE A ROLE MODEL….ACT LIKE IT!!! Maybe she’s waiting for the legal proceedings to be over before she talks about it…BUT the least she can do when it’s over is make a donation to an organization that deals with domestic violence and tell all her fans that DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! If I don’t see this….(at a minimum)……I’ma tell it exactly how it is…REAL TALKS!!

Anyhu……Is it just me or are these two BOTH acting IRRESPONSIBILY?? Chris because he doesn’t way to suffer the consequences of raising his HANDS before using his BRAIN (like too many young men today)……and Rihanna for setting a bad example for young women…..am I going too far if I say that she’s almost sending out a message that being a victim is OK?? (I think that could be a bit much but) Let me know what you think?
